Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS) is a national scheme, funded through Medicare.
CAPS provides a payment to assist eligible people with permanent and severe incontinence to meet some of the costs of their continence products.
There are set criteria for eligibility, including having an eligible condition that is the cause of permanent and severe incontinence.

The application form is periodically updated, and the Health Department requests that applicants use the most recent form. Again, the forms are included in the link below.
